ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, NO TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM ONE ITEM TO ANOTHER, OR RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS!! This applies to merchandise that has been ordered, marked down, placed in lay-a-way, has been altered or taken out of the store. In case of a cancelled wedding money paid cannot be refunded or transferred to other merchandise and all balances must be paid. Once purchased and merchandise is taken out of the store, J Marie’s is not held responsible for any situations that occur. This includes broken zippers. Merchandise may be kept by J Marie’s for 6 months maximum. This includes lay-a-way and/or special orders. Payments must be made each month on lay-a-way per agreement between customer and J Marie’s. After 6 months a storage fee of $50.00 per month will be added to the balance. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. No alterations are included except specified changes as noted on the sales agreement. Wedding gowns take an average of 4-6 months to arrive after ordering unless otherwise specified or a rush fee is paid. The customer realizes they are responsible for all balances. All balances due 30 days after notification of arrival of special ordered merchandise or 6 months from the date of purchase.
No refunds of cancellation of order, All sales are final, no exceptions.
